Netia offers its customers another unique promotion. Under the promotion, customers signing a two- or three-year contract for Internet access and telephone line may switch to better terms still during its term. This is the first offer of this type on the Polish market.

Netia SA ("Netia" or the "Company"), announced in the current report No. 2/2008 dated 8 January 2008 that it had received an indicative expression of interest to purchase its indirect shareholding in affiliate P4 Sp. z o.o. ("P4") and that it considered a sale of its equity interest in P4 as an alternative to issuing new equity as a means to fund Netia's expansion plans in the Polish broadband market. The Company hereby informs that the indicative expression of interest was from Tollerton Investments Limited ("Tollerton") and Novator Telecom Poland S.a.r.l ("Novator").

On 29 January 2008, during the Great Ceremony on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of KIGEiT, Netia received an award for a special contribution to the creation of conditions for growth of the electronic and telecommunications industry in Poland and support provided to business initiatives of KIGEiT in this area. Eugeniusz Gaca, Netia's Corporate Director and chairman of the Telecommunication Operators Section of KIGEiT, was rewarded for significant contribution to the integration of the telecommunication operators environment and for actions supporting the growth of the telecommunication market in Poland.

Netia has exceeded 210,000 broadband customers forecast for 2007. On 31 December 2007, the number of broadband customers amounted to 216,145 including 99,000 using TP network-based service.
